Sembra che più riusi il riporto, e più cambia la proporzione dei lactobacilli.&lt;BR/&gt;Per fare il probiotico conviene leggere bene l'etichetta dell'innesco, ammesso che l'etichetta la racconti tutta e giusta ;-)&lt;BR/&gt;Infatti molti probiotici in realtà sono fermentati con lactobacilli "normali" (bulg.+term.)
